Option #1: "Protecting Study Volunteer in Research"
Book and Exam
(Only Responsible Investigators will receive a copy of
the book. Key personnel may use their Responsible
Investigator's copy, department copy, or copies of the book available in
University libraries to take the exam. Once you have completed the Examination
Answer Sheet below, please return it to any one of the IRB office for
grading. You will receive your exam results via e-mail. Please keep
a copy of this e-mail as documentation of your training.)
